Nestlé’s Open Innovation Strategy

In an article for Food Technology, Helmut Traitler, Head of Innovation Partnerships, and Sam Saguy, Visiting Professor from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, describe how Nestlé utilizes open innovation and new business models. Adopting a  “Sharing is Winning” mindset, the company has an internal network of 27 research, technology and development centres world-wide.
